The lodge also features a fitness room and gym, as well as a cafe that serves daily continental breakfasts and lunch and afternoon menus. Another attraction within the lodge is the game room for teenagers and adults, and the children's clubhouse room.

Pricing 

Founder's Place residential units will include two to four bedrooms and luxury four-bedroom penthouses. 32 condominium residences and seven penthouse suites starting at approximately $2 million and scaling up from there to the penthouses starting at $6.5 million.
